For His Majesty The King & Her Majesty The Queen Consort’s Coronation at Westminster Abbey
This precious and historical project was assigned by The Prince’s Foundation to make a batch of ten congregation chairs for the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla.
I was honoured to be chosen and take part in this project from start to finish, and work together with other five Snowdon Summer School alumni each week to accomplish this project together.
These ten chairs were then sent to another workshop in Windsor to finish with regal blue velvet upholstery and plaque installation on rail. The chairs will be auctioned after the Coronation, and the proceeds will be donated to charity.
